    Right now, Tapingo is looking for people that love growing businesses by solving complex operational and marketing problems. As a Tapingo Growth Manager you would be responsible for all aspects of the post-sales relationships and achieving our objectives with our campuses and merchants. You would lead the charge in launching Tapingo on college campuses, driving engagement with students, and managing senior relationships with university and food­ service operators.

    Responsibilities
    • Own the entire post-sales relationship with Tapingo signed accounts
    • Project manage the operational set-up and deployment of each campus launch, including re-launches for each new school year.
    • Manage the growth and success of each campus, through planning and implementation of marketing strategies and maintenance of client content
    • Provide exceptional client service, proactively problem solve to identify and resolve any account issues
    • Lead cross-functional execution of product implementation with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support
    • Closely monitor, measure, and report on key performance metrics at the campus level
    • Use data to determine priorities for campus specific initiatives.
    • Pursue upsell opportunities for new venues by growing the value of Tapingo’s program on campus

    • Requirements
    • 3-5 years experience in relevant field (consulting, marketing, account management, or sales)
    • Track record of building strong cross-functional relationships
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Highly analytical and data driven, with strong proficiency in Excel
    • Resourceful, creative and able to find innovative ways to achieve results

    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand, develop, and refine the business model that drives growth targets and strategic initiatives
    • Write queries and perform ad-hoc analyses as it relates to customer segmentation, marketing effectiveness, ROI, A/B testing, menu performance, and more
    • Pioneer internal analytics and reporting across business functions, including visualization and effective repsentation of relevant data
    • Partner with engineering to develop the appropriate infrastrastructure to ensure that our reporting and data solutions are scalable


    Qualifications:
    • 4+ years of work experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
    • Strong understanding of relational databases
    • Advanced skills in languages used for querying (e.g. Hive/Pig/SQL), preprocessing (e.g. unix, python) and statistical analysis (e.g. R/Matlab/Stata)

    How can we build the product in a way that allows us to grow and expand rapidly while maintaining a top-notch user experience? What can we do to make it more efficient? How does our service match up against competitive alternatives, and how are we using our natural leverages to win the space? Do different eco-systems have different preferences? What makes people use it the way they do and how can we enhance it?

    In this role you will define features and processes, drive projects end-to-end, collaborate with technical teams and the operations team to implement solutions, and launch customer facing features across the USA.

    You'll shape our strategy in a rapidly evolving environment. With stakeholders across the company including business, technology, and operations, you'll be required to influence significant decisions.

    Responsibilities:
    • Own business strategy and measures of success.

    Right now, we’re looking for a looking for talented, self-starting Sales Engineer who can help us continue our rapid growth in the Higher Ed market. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise coupled with communication skills, enabling them to work hand in hand with our sales professionals to acquire and partner with additional customers.

    As a Tapingo Sales Engineer you will be one of the first individuals to engage potential clients at a technical level. You will work with our Sales team and prospects to understand and gather detailed requirements, craft solutions, and present to the client in a clear and concise manner.

    Responsibilities:
    • Act as a technical subject matter expert supporting the Sales team when interfacing with prospective clients.
    • Participate in prospective client meetings, conference calls, and presentations.
    • Gather technical and functional requirements for anything from rudimentary to innovative or unconventional approaches/needs.
    • Sell technical organizations on “disrupting/changing the way they do business.”
    • Anticipate technical objections, obstacles, and barriers in order to speed the sales process and maximize close ratios.
    • Complete technical documentation including security and technical questionnaires and Statements of Work (SOWs).
    • Maintain clear and professional communication with prospective clients.
    • Navigate between both technical and functional prospects to communicate ideas and needs in manners specific to both audiences.
    • Provide feedback to Product Development regarding new features, ideas on improving product performance, and eliminating product bugs.


    Requirements:
    • At least 5 years experience in technical sales support or sales engineering- payment processing. Higher education markets are a plus.
    • Successful experience selling technology services into a variety of environments, including ones with multiple buyers
    • Working knowledge of PCI-DSS
    • Detail-orientation and ability to multi-task

    Right now, we’re looking for a tech-savvy, motivated individual with an analytical mindset and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. You must be proficient in database languages (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc) and have general knowledge and experience in network architecture and IT. Furthermore, exceptional communication skills are required with the ability to clearly articulate complex situations to individuals at all levels of technical understanding.

    This position has a real influence on the company’s success and will require a high level of care and commitment.

    Prospects must be capable of working with minimal supervision and possess the capabilities to maintain communication with external stakeholders in order to meet deadlines; this demands a meticulous and organized approach.

    You will interact directly with high-level campus officials, customers and Tapingo employees on a daily basis and therefore will be required to wear many hats.

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide advanced technical and operational support for all existing and new clients.
    • Communicate with campuses and external vendors to facilitate projects in a timely manner.
    • Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding persistent problems and ways to solve them.
    • Resolve technical problems and identify systemwide patterns
    • Configure, monitor and troubleshoot hardware and network configurations remotely.
    • Monitor alerts and create reports in order to identify and investigate problems early.
    • Maintain operational documentation.
    • Travel occasionally (about one domestic trip every two months).
    • Contribute to company vision and direction by helping to establish best practices and driving strategic decisions as we grow.


    Requirements:
    • 2+ years PostgreSQL/mySQL/SQL experience
    • 2–4 years relevant work experience
    • Extensive hands-on IT and networking experience
    • BS in Engineering/IT/Computer Science
    • Professional communication skills
    • Proven customer-service and problem-solving skills
    • Analytics/problem-solving mindset
    • BONUS: Python experience
